Maydell Goulart Tells Her Story

At the age of ten I was introduced to religion for the first time through a local religious study group held in our home by my father. After six months I began to question some of the teachings presented. I decided that there had to be someone walking this Earth who knew the real truth. While pondering on this subject, an invisible presence made itself known and assured me that “I was not to be concerned about this now. When I was in my mature years I would find a teacher and a teaching that would answer all my questions.” I accepted the reality of this inner message and refused to participate in the study group any longer.

          During my twenties and early thirties I had a number of health incidents that required a doctor's assistance. My experience with these doctors was very dismal. I ended up having to heal myself. I then had a wakeup call just before my 36^th birthday that eventually set me on the path of finding the spiritual teacher I was told about as a ten year old child.  It was a seven-year quest. And very early on I was briefly introduced to the mysterious Great White Brotherhood.  I made contact with the teacher in the seventh year on July 7, 1977. It opened up a whole new world to me that until then I had only been partially aware of. It changed my world view and what life was all about forever. It made life far more interesting, worthwhile and meaningful.

          Along the way I became aware of several different healing methods that I was able to put to good use for my personal healing—color light therapy being one of them. Later I began to use the light of higher dimensions for healing purposes, which I mention in my book, Life's Hidden Secrets, under the pseudonym M. Victoria Davis. This was a step up from other methods that were part physical in nature—not requiring special tools or equipment, only a verbal request and inner visualization. The end goal of this was to help others in need of healing and illumination.

          In 2011, I deeded over my ten-acre property as a not-for-profit healing center under the direction of myself, Deborah and Jackie. We spent three years in planning. In the fourth year, we began the first physical projects by building a small vaastu temple of healing and planting three permaculture sites surrounding it. 

Dr. Nancy Lach

Dr. Nancy Lach, a Chiropractic Physician since 1986, is passionate about nutrition and helping empower people to achieve optimum health. Dr. Nancy’s practice is focused 100% on healing through nutrition. She is one of only 500 advanced clinically trained practitioners in Nutrition Response Testing and has been helping patients achieve better health through custom designed nutrition programs since 2007.  Her practice is in Corvallis, OR where she has lived with her husband and four children since 2002.

A Personal Message from Dr. Nancy
I have been interested in nutrition since I was seventeen. Originally planning to attend medical school, I decided instead to pursue a holistic approach to health that better matched my personal convictions. I graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and then received my Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1986.

Over the years, I attended many post-graduate seminars in the field of holistic health and nutrition. In 2006, I was introduced to an approach to nutrition that provided me with the personal health improvements I had been seeking, along with a way to provide true healing to others. My advanced training in nutrition response testing has given me the knowledge and tools to be able to thoroughly evaluate each individual and provide personalized solutions to the underlying causes of many health issues.

The services I offer through the Healing Light Retreat combine my spiritual path and intuition with my many years of experience as a health practitioner. The workshops and videos I offer are intended to educate others, while providing self-healing empowerment.

Dr. Marlenea La Shomb

Dr. Marlenea La Shomb, ND, is a licensed Naturopathic Physician, certified herbologist (including with pure essential oils), LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) and health coach in diet and nutrition. She is certified as a personal trainer, zone therapist on the feet and all body maps and as a Pilates instructor. She also holds certification in auricular(ears) therapist from the International College of Chinese medicine and lymphology. Her practice includes oriental face diagnostics and reboundology—working with balance coordination, rhythm and timing. Marlenea is also a licensed beautician. Marlenea is the author of many articles printed in Natural Life News and Directory in Montana and elsewhere in the US.
